Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to Australia, New Zealand, USA and Canada.
What is the processing time for my order?
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming your order details. For non custom orders, your order will be packed and sent out within 1- 3 business days. For Happi Clothing Stamp orders, your order will be processed within 4 - 7 business days and sent out the next business day.
How long does delivery take?
**Due to covid-19, some overseas orders might be experienced a delay, the current delivery time for overseas orders varys from 2 to 4 weeks. If you haven't received your order by that time frame, please contact us at your earliest convenience, we will try our best to assist you in this matter.
Your order will be sent via Australia Post E-Parcel if you have selected standard shipping. It does take a while for tracking to register in the system, so wait a day or so before you try and track your order.
Standard Shipping - Orders sent can take up to 3-6 business days, depending on destination points.
Express Shipping – if you have selected the Express Shipping option, delivery is within 48 hours after your order has been dispatched.
International Standard Shipping - If you have selected the International Standard Shipping option, delivery time varys from 6 days to 28 days after your order has been dispatched depending your location.
International Express Shipping - If you have selected the International Express Shipping option, delivery time varys from 6 days to 20 days after your order has been dispatched depending your location.

What if my parcel hasn't arrived yet?

We know the excitement of expecting our Happi Stamp Co. order. However, sometimes delivery may take longer than the expected time frame. We ask you to continue to track the latest status of your order with the tracking number we provided.
Please contact us immediately on hello@happistampco.com.au if your order was sent out by standard shipping and hasn't arrived within 15 business days of the expected delivery date or your order was sent out by express shipping and hasn't arrived within 1 business day of the expected delivery date. We will lodge an enquiry to our postal service provider upon the receipt of your email.
