Change of mind returns

Postage costs associated with the return of products are at the sole responsibility of the customer, Happi Stamp Co. will accept product returns if a customer changes their mind on any non-custom products within 5 days upon the receipt of the product/s.

In order to qualify for a change of mind return, product/s must be unused, unopened and with all original packaging and labels intact. Please contact us on hello@happistampco.com.au  to provide order number and photo of the product/s.

If Happi Stamp Co. is satisfied with the condition of the product being unused, unopened and with all original packaging and labels intact, Happi Stamp Co. will provide the customer a gift card equivalent to the value of the purchased product. Gift cards are valid for 60 days on happistampco.com.au

Please note Happi Stamp Co. does not offer change of mind return on all custom products.

 

Faulty product returns

A faulty product is defined as one which has arrived to the customer damaged. If a customer receives a faulty product, Happi Stamp Co. will refund the customer the value of the faulty product/s following their return to Happi Stamp Co.

A customer must communicate the fault within 7 days upon the receipt of the product/s. Please contact us on hello@happistampco.com.au to provide order number, description and photos of the fault. Our customer care team will then be in touch to organise next steps.
